TANQUERAY
The Tanqueray Drinks Club

We love gin. Seriously, it's one of our favourites! That's why when Tanqueray came to us with the brief to create 3 drinks clubs throughout Germany, we got mega excited. The 180 year old brand has a history that is rich in authenticity, yet needed a credible voice to translate it for the German audience. Using their “It’s What You Put In” mantra as a base, our first ingredient were the cool chefs Salt & Silver who, like Charles Tanqueray, left their careers to focus on their passion for food. The guys were only one part of the ingredients list and in each city they teamed with a chef and mixologist to explore different drink flavours and food pairings. Taking place in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin, the drinks clubs provided an access point for the German foodie press to get up close with the British brand. Alongside the events we bolstered the campaign with recipe videos for consumers at home to try out. The final garnish to our Tanqueray and Tonic was a media partnership with Mit Vergnügen which helped keep the Tanqueray Drinks Club partying until the very early morning.
